Who can use Kumbivo
You must be 18 or older to create an account, join a group or attend an event through Kumbivo.
Organisers
Groups and events are run by their organisers, not by Kumbivo. Organisers are responsible for their events, including safety, venues, any costs they ask members to cover and following local laws. Kumbivo does not sell tickets or handle event payments.
Your content
You keep ownership of what you post. You give Kumbivo permission to show it on the site so your group works. Do not post anything you do not have the right to share.
Community rules
Everyone must follow our community rules. We may review, hide or remove groups, events, posts or accounts that break them.
Plans
Groups up to 50 members are free. Any paid plan will be shown clearly, with GST-inclusive prices where required, before you are charged, and you can cancel any time.
No guarantees
Kumbivo is provided as is. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for events or for what members do. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
